Went to renew my marine registry and found that MA and some other states have an arrangement that if have a MA saltwater license you do not need to register. I think this is the first year for the saltwater license. Cost is $10 unless you are "lucky" enough to be over 60 years. Then it was free with a small transaction fee added.
